We welcome informed feedback and correction requests from fans, collaborators, journalists, and rights-holders. This page explains what to send, how to send it, and what happens next.
What counts as actionable feedback
We review requests that include verifiable details about any of the following:
- Factual errors (dates, titles, credits, track lists, links)
- Metadata issues (ISRC/UPC, featured artists, producers, writers)
- Credit & rights claims (composer/lyricist/producer/artwork ownership)
- Broken links / media problems (audio players, images, embeds)
- Accessibility issues (missing alt text, captions/lyrics problems)
- Privacy or legal concerns (please do not submit sensitive data publicly)
- Policy violations (conflicts of interest not disclosed, etc.)
How to submit
Please use the official contact form and choose Feedback/Correction.
We accept messages in English or Persian (fa).
Include:
- Page URL(s) and a short quote/screenshot of the exact passage
- What you believe is incorrect and your proposed correction
- Evidence/links (platform listings, PRO entries, contracts, stems, distributor screenshots, etc.)
- Your name/role (optional) and a return email for follow-up
For credit or rights claims, please attach documentation that shows your role (e.g., PRO/CMO page, split sheet, label email, or contract excerpt).
What happens next
- Acknowledgement: we aim to confirm receipt within 2 business days.
- Review & verification: editorial review by Safaee/Studio 111; we check evidence against primary sources.
- Resolution target: most items within 3–5 business days; complex rights issues may take 10–15 business days.
Possible outcomes
- Correction/Update – we fix the item and add an “Updated: YYYY-MM-DD” note (and a brief correction note when material).
- Retraction/Removal – for serious inaccuracies or legal issues, we may retract content and leave a notice.
- No change – if evidence is insufficient or conflicting; we’ll explain our reasoning and invite more documentation.
Appeals
If you disagree with an outcome, reply to the email thread with additional evidence. Appeals are reviewed by the editor (Studio 111).
Abuse & safety
Harassment, spam, or mass submissions without evidence may be ignored or blocked. Please keep communications concise and respectful.
Privacy
We use your submission only to investigate and respond to your request. See our Privacy Policy for details. Do not send sensitive personal data unless essential; if needed, we’ll provide a secure method.
