We publish with integrity, transparency, and respect for our audience and collaborators. This Ethics Policy sets the standards that guide our decisions online.
1) Standards & integrity
- We strive for accuracy, clarity, and fairness in every post.
- Facts are verified before publication; opinions are clearly labeled.
- We avoid sensationalism and misleading headlines or thumbnails.
2) Editorial independence
- Editorial choices (what we publish, how we frame it, and when) are made by Safaee/Studio 111.
- Commercial activity (merch, partnerships) does not dictate coverage or opinions.
3) Conflicts of interest
- Any material relationship (collaboration, sponsorship, gifted products, affiliate programs) is disclosed on the relevant page.
- If a conflict can’t be adequately disclosed, we decline the coverage.
4) Sponsorships, ads & affiliate links
- Sponsored content, gifted items, or affiliate links—if present—are clearly identified near the top of the page.
- Sponsorship does not guarantee positive coverage and never overrides factual accuracy.
- We currently run no third-party display ads. If this changes, placements will be labeled.
5) Gifts, loans & review units
- Receiving an item does not guarantee coverage.
- If a gifted/loaned item appears, we disclose it and evaluate it honestly.
6) Sources & transparency
- We prefer primary sources (masters, credits, contracts, distributor dashboards).
- When using third-party info, we cite and link to the source.
- Anonymous or private sources are used sparingly and only with editorial approval.
7) Diversity, inclusion & respectful language
- We use inclusive language and avoid stereotypes, slurs, or demeaning phrasing.
- We do not publish hate speech or content that targets protected characteristics.
- We welcome respectful feedback on tone; see our Actionable Feedback Policy.
8) Privacy & safety
- We respect personal privacy—especially of private individuals.
- We do not publish private contact info or sensitive data without explicit consent.
- For takedown requests or privacy concerns, contact us via /contact/.
9) Minors
- We avoid publishing identifying information about minors.
- Any coverage that involves minors requires extra care and, where applicable, consent.
10) Sensitive content
- Content involving legal disputes, allegations, or tragedies is handled with care and neutral wording.
- We avoid imagery or details that are gratuitous or harmful.
11) AI & automation
- We may use AI tools for grammar checks, drafting structure, or image optimization.
- A human reviews and approves all final copy before publication.
- Where meaningful AI generation is used, we disclose it. We do not publish fully automated “news.”
12) Corrections & accountability
- If we publish an error, we correct it promptly and add a visible Updated: YYYY-MM-DD note.

13) Security & anti-abuse
- We do not tolerate harassment, doxxing, or malicious activity in our channels.
- Spam and abusive submissions may be ignored or blocked.
14) Enforcement
- Breaches of this policy are reviewed by the editor (Studio 111).
- We may remove content, add disclosures, or decline collaborations that do not meet these standards.
