Publishing Principles

Last updated: 29 Aug 2025
Applies to: safaee.me (official website of Safaee) and Studio 111 updates, releases, and shop news.

Our purpose

Safaee.me exists to share official news, releases, stories behind the music, studio notes from Studio 111, show updates, and merch announcements with fans, media, and collaborators. Everything we publish aims to be accurate, clear, and respectful.

What we publish

  • Release and discography updates (albums, singles, credits, artwork)
  • Studio 111 notes, behind-the-scenes, lyrics/annotations where relevant
  • Official statements and announcements
  • Event, video, and collaboration news
  • Shop drops (caps, apparel, accessories, coffee) and limited releases

Editorial standards

  • Accuracy first. Dates, credits, and names are verified against primary sources (masters, contracts, distributor dashboards) and major platforms (Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, SoundCloud).
  • Citations. When we reference third-party information, we link to the source.
  • Clear labeling. Opinion or creative commentary is labeled as such and separated from factual information.
  • Inclusive language. We avoid harmful or biased phrasing and write for a global audience.
  • Sensitive topics. We avoid doxxing, harassment, or private details about non-public individuals.

Sourcing & verification

We confirm release metadata (titles, ISRCs where applicable, featured artists, producers), artwork ownership, and publishing dates before posting. If a platform listing conflicts with our records, we resolve the discrepancy or add a clarifying note.

Updates & versioning

Content can be updated for clarity or new facts. Substantive changes receive an “Updated: YYYY-MM-DD” note at the top or bottom of the page. Historical posts are not silently altered.

Corrections & retractions

If we make a mistake, we correct it promptly and transparently. In rare cases we may retract an item and leave a visible retraction notice. To request a correction, see Actionable Feedback or our Corrections Policy.

Conflicts of interest & disclosures

Safaee is an independent artist and founder of Studio 111. Collaborations, sponsorships, gifted products, or affiliate links—if present—are clearly disclosed. Coverage is never pay-to-play.

Use of AI tools

We may use AI tools for grammar checks, drafting structure, or image optimization. All final copy is reviewed and approved by a human before publishing. We do not publish fully automated news.

Accessibility & UX

We strive for readable typography, descriptive link text, alt text for images where possible, and captions/lyrics when available. If you encounter an accessibility issue, please tell us.

Privacy & safety

We respect privacy, especially of private individuals. Personal contact details are not published without explicit consent. See our Privacy Policy for data handling.

Feedback

If you see an error or have substantiated feedback:

  • Include the page URL, the exact passage, and any evidence (links, screenshots).
  • Contact us via the official form.
We aim to reply within 3–5 business days.

Licensing & reuse

Unless otherwise stated, all site content (text, images, audio snippets) is © Safaee / Studio 111. You may quote brief excerpts with proper attribution and a link. For media or commercial reuse, request permission via Contact.
