Iranian artist Safaee is set to release the official music video for “Faseleh” on July 15, 2026, through his official VEVO channel. The black and white visual, directed and edited by Director B, brings the emotional weight of the song into a cinematic setting shaped by memory, distance, silence, and decay.

“Faseleh,” which translates to “Distance,” explores the emotional space that remains after separation – the unresolved tension between holding on and letting go. Rather than treating distance only as a romantic idea, the music video approaches it as something physical: a place, a silence, and a memory that continues to exist even after people have moved apart.

The video was filmed in Mehrshahr, Karaj, inside the abandoned historic house of the late Shadroo. According to the production notes, the location carries a connection to Iranian cinema history, having appeared more than six decades ago in films such as “Soltan-e Ghalbha” and “Dozd-e Siahpoosh” in 1968. Once part of the golden memory of Iranian cinema, the house now stands in silence — a space marked by absence, broken architecture, and the passing of time.

This contrast became central to the visual identity of “Faseleh.” The house is not used simply as a background; it acts as a character within the video. Its empty rooms, damaged walls, old textures, and muted atmosphere mirror the emotional world of the song. The decision to present the video in black and white gives the project a timeless and restrained visual language, removing distraction and placing focus on mood, movement, memory, and space.

The official music video was directed and edited by Director B, with Safaee as the performing artist. The song was composed and produced by Prodbyasli, who also handled the mix. Studio 111 is credited as the record label and production home behind the project. Built with a modest production budget of approximately $550 USD, “Faseleh” reflects an independent approach to music video production — relying less on scale and more on atmosphere, location, concept, and emotional precision.

The campaign surrounding the release will include a $200 USD promotional push on YouTube, sponsored by Btazoon.ir, an Iranian motorcycle rental startup. Through this sponsorship, Btazoon is supporting the independent release campaign and helping the video reach a wider digital audience. The collaboration places the project at the intersection of independent music, local entrepreneurship, and digital-first promotion.

The release is also supported through Safaee’s wider artist infrastructure, including his official VEVO presence and TuneCore-related music administration and support. With “Faseleh,” Safaee continues to shape an artistic identity built around cinematic visuals, emotionally direct songwriting, and a distinct independent presence.

“Faseleh” will premiere on July 15, 2026, on Safaee’s official VEVO channel.
